UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES

What are the unforgettable experiences you had in your life?

I died few days ago

I am not sure for how long I was gone but when I woke up two days later, I was in a hospital .

I had the worst diabetes attack of my life a few days ago. All l could do was communicate to my aunty.

Once we got the ambulance,  my lungs were too closed up to take in any oxygen, air or medication.

I felt my self  leave my body, melt out of my body and begin to leave myself behind in the world. In those moments,  l had  to make peace with the fact that l was leaving my family and friends behind a d had no choice in the matter.

Whatever being or consciousness that governs the universe  gave me a choice to either stay in the eternity of whatever lies beyond life on Earth or to go back and continue the duty l have to my mother, my family,  my friends and millions of people who have read my work on various platforms to do my best to leave the world better than when l entered it.

Literally.  I experienced whatever eternity may be for an infinite amount of time and a few seconds simultaneously.

“You have been out for two days” A doctor  told me. I  was on a ventilator with about a billion IVs all in my body, immobile.

This time though.  I felt alive.  I was still unconscious on medication but l knew l was alive.

In reality, this experience didn’t give me some “new age spiritual enlightenment” many people  talk about but it did give me confirmation that l need to continue doing what l am doing and being  better to others and myself before l will end up to truly die forever.

Mercy

Be merciful to others, your  friends,  your family,  and  most importantly,  yourself.

We ate all imperfect beings. We are here to learn and grow and share our love  with others we hold dear.

We will never do those last three things perfectly but my time I the white with the asterisk let me know that was fine. We are in a constant state of evolution and we will come back to where we were, whenever God, fate, the universe, or what you believe in calls you back to that  eternity.

In the meanwhile!

I am alive and well with mo lasting side effects (so far)

I am incredibly thankful for the universe that was shown mercy to return back to my mortal form to be able to continue taking care of my friends and family and to continue writing stories.

I wish you all the best of luck and l hope all you have the greatest love and mercy in the world in your own lives to do what  is right for yourself and others.

AND! Thanks to the first responders, nurses and doctors in Kampala, Uganda that made sure to bring me back to life and keep me alive! I am forever in your debt.

Sincerely, Daya.
