Who was your most influential teacher? Why?

The Teacher Who Sparked a Passion

I still remember the first day I walked into my computer class. I was a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect. But as soon as our teacher, Mr. Johnson began to speak, I was captivated.

Mr. Johnson had a unique way of teaching. He didn’t just stand at the front of the room and lecture. Instead, he made learning fun and interactive. He used real-life examples, showed us cool videos, and even let us work on projects that we were passionate about.

As the weeks went by, I found myself looking forward to computer class more and more. Mr. Johnson made complex concepts seem simple, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand.

One day, Mr. Johnson assigned us a project to create a website. I was excited to get started, but I was also a bit intimidated. I had never built a website before, and I wasn’t sure if I could do it.

But Mr. Johnson believed in me. He encouraged me to take risks, try new things, and never give up. With his guidance, I was able to create a website that I was truly proud of. http://www.dayawetalk.com

Looking back, I realize that Mr. Johnson taught me so much more than just computer skills. He taught me the value of perseverance, the importance of creativity, and the power of believing in myself.

Mr. Johnson was more than just a teacher. He was a mentor, a role model, and a friend. I will always be grateful for the impact he had on my life.

The lasting Legacy of Mr. Johnson.
As I reflect on my journey with Mr. Johnson, I am reminded that the impact of a great teacher extends far beyond the classroom walls. Mr. Johnson’s influence has stayed with me, shaping my approach to learning, my passions, and my very sense of self.

As I look to the future, I carry Mr. Johnson’s lessons with me, striving to make a similar impact on the lives of others. His legacy is a reminder that the true measure of a teacher’s success lies not in the grades or test scores but in the hearts and minds of those they’ve touched.

Thank you, Mr. Johnson, for being an extraordinary teacher, mentor, and friend. Your impact will never be forgotten.

  •      EVERLASTING WISHES

Doing What Brings Joy, daily wish

What do you wish you could do more every day?

    The Cinema Dreamer
As I settled into my cosy couch, I couldn’t help but feel a pang of longing. I wished I could watch movies more every day. The thrill of being transported to new worlds, the excitement of meeting new characters, and the joy of experiencing different stories was something I craved.

    My favourite Movie

I remembered the first time I watched my favourite film, “The Shawshank Redemption.” The way the camera panned over the rolling hills, the sound of the prison gates closing, and the iconic line, “Get busy living, or get busy dying,” still gave me goosebumps.

As I scrolled through my streaming services, I stumbled upon a hidden gem, “Amélie.” The quirky characters, the vibrant colours, and the charming soundtrack captivated me. I felt like I was strolling through the streets of Paris, discovering hidden treasures and making new friends.

But, alas, my daily routine didn’t allow for as much movie-watching as I’d like. Work, chores, and responsibilities filled my days, leaving little time for cinematic escapades.

Determined to make my wish a reality, I started small. I began watching short films during my lunch breaks, discovering talented filmmakers and unique storytelling styles. I even convinced my friends to start a weekly movie club, where we’d gather to watch classics and discuss our thoughts.

As the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I found myself carving out more time for movies. I’d wake up early to catch a sunrise screening or stay up late to binge-watch a new series.

My love for cinema became contagious, spreading to my family and friends. We’d have movie marathons, quote famous lines, and debate the merits of different genres.

As I snuggled into my couch, surrounded by the people and stories I loved, I realized that my wish had come true. I was watching movies more every day, and it brought me closer to the world and the people around me.

The credits rolled on another favourite film, and I smiled, knowing that tomorrow would bring another chance to escape into the magic of the movies.

Here some of my favourite movies

  • The Smoothing Beauty of Rain

    The Smoothing Beauty of Rain

What is your favorite type of weather?

Embrace the rain, feel the peace

Rainy weather has a unique charm that touches the soul in ways no other season can. The rhythmic sound of raindrops tapping against windows, the fresh scent of wet earth rising from the ground, and the cool breeze that follows a downpour create a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere.

For many, rain is more than just water falling from the sky—it’s a mood, a feeling, a moment of calm in a fast-moving world. It slows everything down, inviting people to pause, reflect, and find comfort in the little things—a warm cup of tea, a cosy blanket, or the sight of raindrops sliding down glass like tiny rivers.

The sky, painted in shades of grey, brings a sense of tranquillity, making the world feel softer, dreamier. Streets shine with reflections of city lights, trees glisten with fresh droplets, and the air carries a soothing coolness.

Rainy weather also has a way of evoking emotions—nostalgia, romance, or even quiet introspection. Some find joy in dancing under the rain, while others prefer watching it from indoors, wrapped in warmth. It’s a time for deep thoughts, for music that matches the rhythm of the storm, for books that transport the mind elsewhere while the world outside hums with rain’s gentle symphony.

There’s a beauty in the rain that goes beyond what the eyes can see—it’s something you feel, something that lingers in your heart long after the storm has passed.

“Let the rain fall, the the soul rise”
