  • SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH.

    SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH.

    How do you practice self-care?

Self care is the act of honouring yourself. It relieves stress by giving yourself a buffer by helping you protect yourself physically mentally and spiritually. When you honour yourself, you empower yourself, and that reduces your stress.

Basic needs what you want to understand, but I can give you some suggestions on how you can prioritize self-care in your daily life.

Schedule regular “me time” into your day. This could be as simple as setting aside 15 minutes each day for yourself to relax and unwind or taking an hour each week to pursue a hobby you enjoy. You should not be available and make yourself more busy .Make sleep a priority. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night, and create a bedtime routine that helps you wind down before you go to sleep. This might include reading, meditating, or listening to relaxing music.

And you have to do physical activity, which is important for both your physical and mental well-being. Make time each day for exercise, whether that’s a brisk walk, a yoga class, or a gym session.

Eat a balanced diet. Eating a healthy diet can help you feel energized and improve your mood. Try to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and intake of processed foods and sugary drinks. Connect with others who share your interests. Find ways to manage stress. Stress can take a toll on our physical and mental health. It’s important to find ways to manage stress in your daily life, whether that’s through exercise, relaxation techniques like deep breathing, or talking to a therapist. Set boundaries. Learn to say no to things that don’t align with your priorities and make sure to have time to recharge and relax. and when you should start this thing, you don’t have time to think about others .

Because always keep your mind no one can answer our life our life we can take care more responsibility at the same time doesn’t think about others ……..because no one can prefect in the world ……if we want change not try to change others try to change ourself.

  • TIME WASTING HABITS.

    TIME WASTING HABITS.

How do you waste the most time every day?

love wasting time. It is one of my favorite habit which I’ve.

    And how i do it?

    By,

Mobile phone – Social media is a hub of distractions, and i’m addicted to it. I keep on scrolling YouTube, shorts, Instagram, tiktok, and WhatsApp mindlessly. Or watch T.V. lying on bed. Though, knowing that it’ll never upgrade my C.V., accomplish my dreams. But still, my “dopamine” loves it’s so much that i couldn’t resist it.

Procrastination – I’ve some goals to achieve, dreams to fulfil, and commitments to do, but i never took action. I keep on things putting off, procrastinating them tomorrow, which has never come yet.

Laziness – I’m “super lazy baby” to whom it’s feels like a “world war” to get up from the bed and do the work. That’s the reason why i keep on procrastinating.

Sleeping – Snoozing the alarm off i’ slept like a “polar bear”, assuming that their will be no other day.

No plans – I woke up in the morning with a “clean slate”, having no idea about the day. What i eat, read, wear, work, and watch? and half of my time go in mourning over what to do?

Overthinking – My mind is like a “swinging pendulum” which keeps on going back and forth between past traumas and future worries. I hope that, “i wish i could change my past? and predict my future?’

Self accusing- The remaining time i waste self- sabotaging and accusing‘, Do i look beautiful? Am i’ good enough? I’m not worthy? She’s better than me? Will i able to make something good out of my life? What do my parents and friends think about me? loathed with these thoughts, i felt guilty. Why did i keep wasting my energy on these shits?
At last at night, i made self-promises * not to waste my time and use it better the next day, which i broke every day and regretted later.

And the cycle keeps on going.

  • MUST-VISIT COUNTRIES OF A LIFETIME.

    MUST-VISIT COUNTRIES OF A LIFETIME.

What countries do you want to visit?

I’ve never been abroad. I don’t even know what other countries look like. So I depend on Google, YouTube, Instagram, and my foreign friends’ Facebook posts and uploaded photos to learn more about other countries and their landscapes, biodiversity, cityscapes, etc.

I want to visit a lot of countries, but I have only two on my short list.

    (1) Canada

Canada has some amazing places. The expanse of its natural beauty, from mountains and glaciers to secluded lakes and forests, is almost unparalleled worldwide. But Canada’s allure is not just the great outdoors. It has cosmopolitan cities that are clean, safe, friendly, and multicultural.

    Canadian Rockies

The Canadian Rockies mountain range spans the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta.

    Horseshoe Falls

Horseshoe Falls, also known as Canadian Falls, is one of three waterfalls that collectively form Niagara Falls on the Niagara River along the Canada-US Border.

Can you feel it? How small are you compared to that enormous waterfall? I definitely wanna witness the wrath of that waterfall!

Canada has many more amazing places I don’t even know about. My cousin lives there, and she addressed many times that Canada is a fun place to explore. If opportunity presents itself, I’m definitely going.

    (2) United States of America

I want to study abroad, and the USA is my first choice, although I don’t know whether it’ll be possible or not. Also there are a lot of places l really want to visit

A trip around that park is the first thing I’m gonna do if I ever get the opportunity to study there.

    Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.

    Other amazing places:

    Hawaiian Islands

    Niagara Falls

As I mentioned before, I’ve never been to USA. So there are many more beautiful places I don’t even know about. Hopefully one day, I’ll visit both Canada and USA.

I only included those photographs representing mother nature. I don’t have that much idea about USA or Canadian cityscapes. Hopefully one day I’ll witness those beauties with my own naked eyes.
